Design and fit-out of the new bar and 52 seat cafe, incorporating new entrance, purpose-designed window bar and tilting tables. The light fittings and shutter guide system were fabricated in our workshop.

As Managing Contractor, we controlled all aspects of the work (program, costing, quality...) and of the site (safety, personnel management...).

We later helped with a successful application for lottery funding for the first stage of a complete theatre complex renewal.
